Analyzed the main negative environmental impacts that are possible with the development of non-conventional hydrocarbons - shale gas, coal gas deposits of gas hydrates. It is shown that they are more negative than the common development of natural gas, oil and coal.

Correlation of the concepts and evolution of disasters, which have been subject of lengthy debate. It's not mutually exclusive, they are usually interpreted as vzaimosvyazannyae a phenomenon in which the expression of catastrophes accelerates the evolutionary development.
