For development of method of landscape level estimation variety of territories for the further balanced manage-ment an attempt to carry out the vehicle analysis of landscape structure of territory for determination of territories with a most landscape variety, which are territorial framework of regional ecological network, is undertaken. Obtained in this work are used to solve the problem of territorial management – developing management plan of environmental network.

In-process the components of existent ecological network are analyzed in detail, the state of biological and landscape variety of the Kharkov area is appraised. The degree of influence of anthropogenic factors is certain on the structural elements of ecological network. Basic directions optimization of measures are outlined on creation and perfection of ecological network of area.
