This suggests the possibility of a significant impact of the process-not only the greenhouse effect in the earth's atmos-phere, but also on the weather conditions change in many extratropical Northern hemisphere regions, as well as variations of the CCA over many of its regions, which took place in the same period.

The features of the location of the ozone layer segments, where the statistical relationship of interannual changes in the CCA during the spring and autumn months, as well as variations of the surface temperature of the North Atlantic area, is essential. In the spring months of such segments of the atmosphere located HN over individual portions of subtropical and extra-tropical jet streams, and over the polar regions.
