The Role Of Certain Nutrients In Improve Stress Resistance In Plants Under Extreme Weather Conditions

Purpose. Determining the role of certain nutrients to minimize the potential negative impacts of extreme weather events and increasing stress tolerance of crops. Methods. Investigations were carried out in conditions of long-term stationary experiment and in a temporary field experiment. Laboratory and analytical studies were carried out using standardized techniques. Results. In extremely dry conditions the balancing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur in fertilizer system and application of microelements during critical periods of growth and development of plants contributes to the improvement in the use of soil moisture and nitrogen and increase crop yields by an average of 20-25%. Conclusions. The adaptation of plants to extreme weather events, such as efficient use of water during droughts, depends on the availability of the necessary nutrients (providing plants with phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sulfur and micronutrients) and their application in the balance for the crop formation at a certain stage of ontogenesis. _____________________________________ Research conducted by grant support of the State Fund for Fundamental Research competition project F64.

Future of Landscape Planning as the Means for Optimization of Agroecosystems Functioning

It was determined that landscape planning as a means for optimizing the functioning of agricultural ecosystems has significant potential. The results of the inventory phase of landscape planning of Korobochkinskaya agricultural company were given as an example of updating the classic concept. There were shown the problems of adaptation of landscape planning under the framework research objectives of agroecosystems. It was found that relief and soil are the main landscape elements that need to be explored in the framework of a particular objective.

The role of self-preservation in the organization of inorganic, organic and social systems

The importance of the role of self-preservation in self-organization of inorganic, organic and social systems is substantiated. The evolution of forms and methods in self-preservation of inorganic, organic and social sys-tems is indicated.
